    Perfection is the key

    Before any work is done, the potential client has the right to meet their new cleaner and show them around the property, arrange a schedule and rota. We provide a weekly or fortnightly schedule, which the client could increase or decrease, provided they let our customer service know in advance.

    Also in the event that your cleaner leaves or is unable to attend a session, due to sickness, holiday or any other reason our firm will provide a replacement cleaner as soon as possible.

    If a client is unsatisfied with the level of cleaning provided by their allocated cleaner an investigation will be put forward immediately and future sessions will be supervised.
